Our garden room was built on time, to budget and to specification, with a high standard of quality from skilled, careful and considerate staff. Work was carried out on site continuously over the three months of the project, without any breaks and the communication from the foreman on site was great. "Extras" are always likely in building work as problems come to light during demolition and site preparation, but these were dealt with imaginatively, promptly and at a fair price. There were a few snags to tidy up at the end of the project, but these were dealt with promptly and without any additional charge. We're very pleased with the project outcome.

I can't express how happy I am with my newly, extended house thanks to Futures! The team were on time, tidy and did an amazing job throughout. We now have an extra bedroom, bathroom and beautiful open space downstairs which has transformed our home. We weren't sure entirely the best way to extend but with Richards help and the architects plans we have more than we could have hoped for.
